I work as an account assistant, which means I spend most of my time with numbers. But a while ago, my own health numbers were very bad. I was severely underweight and got hit with two big sicknesses at the same time: malaria and jaundice. That time was truly tough. I also had a lot of digestion issues, so even when I ate, my body couldn't use the food to get better. I felt weak all the time.

I knew I had to make a big change. I focused on two things: proper nutrition and gentle exercise. First, I started eating the right foodβ€”the kind my body could actually handle and digest. My stomach problems are better, and I have real energy. Now, I am feeling better and healthier than I have been in years.
